Strategic Leadership & Management Team

Barr. Kaigama Hena Dangari is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), responsible for running, managing, and overseeing the day‑to‑day activities of the collaboration. For stronger strategic leadership and improved productivity, the company consistently plans and makes major decisions in partnership with its representatives in the USA (SOHANU Inc.) and in conjunction with the Company Board Members (CBM).

Furthermore, the Managerial Team (MT) includes Mrs Victoria S. Kpak, Mallam Abdulbashir A. Abubakar, Ali Yamta Changi, Aliyu Rabiu, Lydia E. Oddah, among others. These individuals are experts in diverse fields such as digital marketing, planning, critical thinking, and Research and Development (R&D). They bring a wealth of experience in agribusiness not only within Africa but also globally, having undertaken several professional trainings, including Global‑GAP and Traceability programmes.

Accordingly, the company has adopted its parent company’s Business Canvas Model (BCM) and Cut‑Out‑Middleman Model to strengthen strategic leadership and management. The stakeholders engaged in this agribusiness share a common interest in achieving a profound success story.

 INTERNATIONAL STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP TEAM

Dr Gideon Nwatu, PhD, MBA, is an experienced educator, engineer, technologist, technical consultant, and subject matter expert in cyber security, network security, cloud computing, information assurance, IT audit, security and control, industrial espionage, and managing risk in IT organisations. He is also an IT strategist with a strong desire to impart knowledge and bridge the gap between business and technology.
He has a multidisciplinary background with more than 30 years of combined practitioner, professional, and professorial experience in IT and academia. His teaching portfolio includes military officers, veterans, working professionals, and students from diverse backgrounds, in environments that foster mastery and outcome‑based learning across classroom, hybrid, and virtual settings.
Dr Nwatu has extensive experience in the defence, commercial, and university sectors. He is currently an Adjunct Professor, teaching IT graduate‑level courses at American Military University (AMU), the University of the Cumberlands, and Campbellsville University. In addition, he serves as a Cyber/IT Consultant and Technical Trainer at SOHANU Inc.

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Kpak Victoria Simon graduated in Computer Science/Mathematics Education and holds a B.Ed in Mathematics Education with Second Class Upper Division honours. A former educationist and member of the Teachers’ Registration Council (TRC), she gained four (4) years of experience in teaching before pursuing her passion for entrepreneurship. She is currently a potential investor in D&D Ltd and a shareholder in Dangari Group Ltd. In addition, she has ten (10) years of experience in computing and secretarial work, and is a digital technical consultant as well as an accomplished entrepreneur with expertise in decision‑making, planning, and business development. She is a team leader with strong ability to translate knowledge into practical outcomes. She frequently travels with the CEO, Mr K.H. Dangari Esq., to attend programmes and conferences such as the Aviana Exhibition and the Nigeria–Colombia Bilateral Partnership (2025), as well as other exhibitions both locally and internationally. These engagements, rich in educational and networking opportunities, are aimed at attracting off‑takers and investors. She is presently serving as the Acting Secretary‑General (SG) of D&D Ltd.

GENERAL SUPERVISOR

Aliyu Rabiu, an indigene of Sokoto State, is popularly known as Tambuwal “Dan Amana”. He obtained his educational training and knowledge in Arabic and received direct tutelage under the CEO, Mr K.H. Dangari Esq. He is currently regarded as the most experienced and competent General Supervisor. A distinguished figure, he is recognised as a man of knowledge, wisdom, and deep understanding of the demands of modern strategic leadership.

ADMIN MANAGER

Zainab Abubakar Bamanga holds a B.A. in English, a Diploma in Civil Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and an M.A. in English. She is popularly known as the “Mama” of office administration within the D&D Ltd family, recognised for her proficiency in administration, product development, critical thinking, and planning. She is currently undergoing training and tutelage to gain the requisite experience in Global Sales Operations and Product Development.

PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Mallam Abdulbashir Abubakar is a graduate in Biochemistry from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU). He has been a seasoned teacher, farmer, processor, trader, and exporter, with operations in Nigeria, Chad, Sudan, and Central Africa, specialising in sesame, hibiscus, ginger, turmeric, and other produce. As an entrepreneur with approximately thirty (30) years of experience, he has consulted for companies such as Skamos Enterprise Nig. Ltd, Lagos; Mamuda Tannery, Challawa, Kano; PCI International Ltd, Kano; Rumbu Sacks Nig. Ltd, Kano; and organisations in the Republic of Niger, among others. In these roles, he has managed and mentored many young people in organic production, marketing, and exportation. Due to his commitment, dedication, expertise, and exemplary strategic leadership in spices and seasonings—both herbs and ground spices—the Nigerian National Ginger Farmers’ Cooperative Union, Kachia Branch, appointed Mr Abdulbashir as General Secretary of their union. His zeal and decision to join D&D Ltd stem from his desire to showcase his expertise across Africa and to become a global figure in organic farming, processing, and export, particularly to the Middle East, Asia, and the Pacific. He possesses a requisite understanding of Arabic, English, French, Hausa, and Fulani.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Christopher Boniface is a graduate in Animal Science and a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in farming and agro‑produce management. He is the pioneer Manager of Dothan Farms Co. Nig. Ltd and a recipient of the prestigious YouWin business competition award from the Federal Government in 2014. He is a member of the All Farmers Rural Cooperative Development (AFCORD) and has provided consultancy services to the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), Fadama IIIAF, the National Bureau of Statistics, Independent Advocates for Peace and Development (IAPAD), and other organisations. Christopher is a committed and dedicated team leader with a strong passion for agriculture.

LEGAL HEAD

Barr. Dauda Buba Ndirmbita is a qualified lawyer and peace‑building professional with expertise in litigation, corporate law, legal advisory services, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. He holds an LLB, BL, and a Master’s degree in Peace‑building and Development, alongside additional certifications in human resources, database management, and computer science. With over six years of teaching experience and two years of legal practice, he combines strong analytical, advocacy, corporate practice, and communication skills with a passion for human rights and social justice. He has worked with the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) as a Protection Officer and Data Collector, supporting government efforts to strengthen protection mechanisms for vulnerable populations. A member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), ICMC, MTI, and ILA, he is also a Tony Elumelu Foundation award recipient, recognised for leadership and social impact. D&D Ltd acknowledged his competence and appointed him as Head of Legal.
