Dothan Farms Co. Nig. Ltd and Dangari Farms Co. Nig. Ltd (D&D Ltd) are subsidiaries of Dangari Group Ltd (DG Ltd), which has entered into collaboration with All Farmers’ Cooperative Rural Development (AFCORD), partnered with the National Agro‑Allied Commodities Cooperatives of Nigeria (NACCON) Ltd, and the PLO Lumumba Foundation in the Republic of Kenya.

Additionally, SOHANU Inc., a USA‑based consultancy, serves as the representative partner of D&D Ltd in the United States.

D&D Ltd was established in 2013 as a major farming, trading, processing, and export/import company. It is committed to collaborating in agro‑allied businesses with other companies, associations, and cooperatives both locally and internationally, across African countries and globally.

Our Target Market

D&D Ltd, together with its collaborators and partners, plans to establish additional branches in Nigeria, Burkina Faso, the Republic of Kenya, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Colombia to cover Latin America (South America), the USA, and subsequently Europe and Asian countries.

The headquarters of the company is located in Abuja, serving Nigeria, African countries, and the wider global market in terms of local consumption and export. Within Nigeria, other branches are situated in Niger, Maiduguri, Biu Emirate, and Kwaya‑Kusar LGA (all in Borno State), as well as Lagos and Ibadan. These branches focus primarily on organically produced commodities for customers and off‑takers.

The company strategically targets niche markets worldwide. Its customer base includes the general populace, consumer groups, farmers, processors, agro‑allied companies, hospitals, factories, small and medium‑sized enterprises, and NGOs that require the company’s products and services.
