Dothan Farms Co. Nig. Ltd and Dangari Farms Co. Nig. Ltd (D&D Ltd) are subsidiaries of Dangari Group Ltd (DG Ltd), which has entered into collaboration with All Farmers’ Cooperative Rural Development (AFCORD), partnered with the National Agro‑Allied Commodities Cooperatives of Nigeria (NACCON) Ltd, and the PLO Lumumba Foundation in the Republic of Kenya.

Additionally, SOHANU Inc., a USA‑based consultancy, serves as the representative partner of D&D Ltd in the United States.

D&D Ltd was established in 2013 as a major farming, trading, processing, and export/import company. It is committed to collaborating in agro‑allied businesses with other companies, associations, and cooperatives both locally and internationally, across African countries and globally.
Its purposes are manifold: acting as an African advocate for organically produced foods, made available through import/export collaboration across Africa and other continents; developing a vision and mission to work closely with farmers in achieving greater levels of organic production; protecting local farmers and processors from market exploitation; and serving as an operational framework that provides the basis for collaboration with cooperatives and related stakeholders.

Furthermore, companies, associations/cooperatives, and both local and foreign investors or financiers will also serve as stakeholders. In addition, D&D Ltd will engage in sourcing funding for future investments, with a particular focus on promoting inclusivity for women and youth in agribusiness, thereby strengthening the agro‑allied value chain.
D&D Ltd engages professionals from diverse disciplines and embraces inclusivity across culture, religion, race, and gender, involving individuals of reputable character. In other words, traders, companies, and cooperatives or associations of farmers and processors engaged in farming, processing, and trading of agro‑allied produce and products are also encompassed within its scope.

The aim and objective of the Project Summary of D&D Ltd are to establish itself as a global epicentre of excellence in ensuring food security and production, while possessing the capability to lead industries through creativity and innovation in the development of African products.
D&D Ltd is committed to working closely with its parent company, Dangari Group Ltd, to expand the Agric City Market alongside the Museum of Agriculture established by the parent company, thereby promoting exportation. This initiative will benefit shareholders, partners, collaborators, and investors, while also creating a new era of market exploration services for African countries within the comity of nations.

Building on this foundation, the vision seeks to address the challenges of the agro‑allied sector in Africa, with particular emphasis on Nigeria.

Adopt a decentralised extension approach for the application of modern technology, knowledge, and information dissemination, with particular emphasis on organic farming.

Transfer and diversify market‑oriented production systems, ensuring adaptability, sustainability, and competitiveness across the agricultural value chain.

Strengthen research and linkages for sustainable commercial agriculture by entering into Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with national and international investors and financiers.

TARGET MARKET AND CUSTOMERS

D&D Ltd, together with its collaborators and partners, plans to establish additional branches in Nigeria, Burkina Faso, the Republic of Kenya, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Colombia to cover Latin America (South America), the USA, and subsequently Europe and Asian countries.

The company’s headquarters are located in Abuja, serving Nigeria, African countries, and the global market in terms of both local consumption and exportation.

Within Nigeria, other branches are situated in Niger, Maiduguri, Biu Emirate, and Kwaya‑Kusar LGA (all in Borno State), as well as Lagos and Ibadan. These branches focus primarily on organically produced commodities for customers and off‑takers.

D&D Ltd targets niche markets globally. Its customer base includes the general populace, consumer groups, farmers, processors, agro‑allied companies, hospitals, factories, small and medium enterprises, and NGOs requiring the company’s products and services.
